In this issue, I would like to discuss what it takes to be a good instructor, as well as the proper mindset for being effective as a teacher. Needless to say, my point of view is purely based on my experience as an Aikido instructor.
The purpose of Aikido is to create Harmony – harmony of your spirit and body, harmony between your partner and yourself, and harmony with the movements of the universe (Nature).
